Will it work on all cut-off beds?

The Patented Bed Extender will fit most beds with a cut-off mattress provided the bed support frame is level with the mattress support slats. On some models of caravans and motorhomes the mattress sits below the level of the panel trim that runs around the bed, unfortunately it will NOT work on these models unless the bed trim is cut down. This is a job best left to the professionals unless you're good at DIY. If you are in doubt please contact us and we'll be happy to advise you.

Is the mattress in-fill provided?

Yes the custom made in-fill is included in the purchase. You will need to specify which side the in-fill is for and the dimensions, however, once you have purchased the extender we will send you an email about how to send us the information we require to custom make your mattress infill.

How much is delivery?

How long for delivery?

In most cases the extender will be despatched within 5-10 days. The in-fill will be despatched within 5-10 days of recieveing your dimensions. Overseas delivery may take up to 1 month.

Is it easy to install?

Yes, the patented bed extender is simple to install. No tools are needed. The plate simply slides under the mattress with the retaining lip up against the side of the cut-off section until you are ready to use it. Then it slides out to take the in-fill section. Care should be taken when installing the extender not to scratch or mark surrounding walls or surfaces.

Where is it stowed?

When not in use the bed extender simply slides under the mattress, as easy as that! The mattress in-fill can be kept in a locker or stowed beneath the bed however, it does make a comfortable arm rest.

What size is it, and how much does it weigh?

The patented bed extender is 90cm x 90cm with a 10cm retaining lip along one edge. It weighs 9 Kilos (19.84lbs).

Do I need a left or right extender?

The patented bed extender is universal and will fit a bed with either a left or right cut-off mattress. You will need to specify which side the in-fill is for and the dimensions. Once you have purchased the extender we will send you an email about how to send us the information we require to custom make your mattress infill.

Can I return it?

Yes, you can return the product within 14 days of purchase provided it is complete, unused, in the original packaging, with the correct paperwork. You will need to contact us to arrange for the return. This does not affect your statutory rights.
